Automintly Contracting

Government contracts are out there. Let’s find the ones that fit your business.

We screen official opportunities against what your company actually sells, where you can perform, your capacity, registrations, and eligibility—then organize the strongest matches for a human bid decision.

Automintly does not promise awards, automatically submit bids, contact agencies on your behalf, or treat every listed opportunity as a qualified match.

Selective by design

Built for capabilities government buyers already purchase.

The eligibility check is based on your real products, services, delivery area, capacity, credentials, and contracting readiness. These are examples, not a promise that an active opportunity exists.

Facilities

Trades and site services

Construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, maintenance, security, and related field work.

Professional

Specialized expertise

Technology, cybersecurity, engineering, architecture, accounting, training, staffing, and consulting.

Supply

Products and equipment

Medical supplies, equipment, printing, food service, manufacturing, and other defined deliverables.

Operations

Logistics and support

Transportation, warehousing, research support, program operations, and other verifiable business capabilities.

How it works

Search less. Review better matches.

The service narrows the opportunity set and exposes why something fits—or why it should be rejected—before your team spends time on a bid.

STEP 01

Map your capability

We document what you sell, performance locations, capacity, licenses, certifications, NAICS information, and required exclusions.

STEP 02

Screen official notices

Reviewed SAM.gov opportunity records are compared with your approved capability and eligibility profile.

STEP 03

Explain the fit

Each candidate shows matching scope, missing requirements, set-aside conditions, dates, risk flags, and the source record.

STEP 04

Prepare the decision

Selected opportunities receive a human-reviewed requirements checklist and bid-support packet. Your authorized team controls submission.

Visible in your dashboard

See the search, the reasons, and the next deadline.

The dashboard separates raw opportunities from reviewed matches. It never labels an opportunity as won, submitted, or qualified without the corresponding evidence.

Eligibility check

We should be able to explain why your business fits.

If the evidence does not support a realistic contracting path, we say so instead of filling your dashboard with irrelevant notices.

A stronger starting fit

  • You already deliver a clearly defined product or service.
  • You can document capacity, service area, credentials, and past work.
  • You can meet required insurance, licensing, security, or delivery conditions.
  • You will maintain the registrations required for opportunities you choose to pursue.
  • An authorized person can review and approve every submission.

Not ready yet

  • The business is still an idea without an operating capability.
  • The required registrations, licenses, or delivery capacity cannot be supported.
  • You want automated bids without reviewing the solicitation or final response.
  • You expect Automintly to guarantee an award or influence an agency decision.
  • The work would require claims that cannot be verified.
Important fee and submission boundary

No upfront search fee does not mean hidden promises.

Automintly clients pay no Contracting add-on fee before a qualifying award. Any award-based success fee is considered only where legally permitted and agreed in writing before bid support begins. No standard percentage is currently quoted or approved.

Federal rules restrict contingent-fee arrangements, so Automintly does not promise that it can obtain an award, use improper influence, or submit a response without the customer’s final authorization.

Dashboard access remains a separate scope-based monthly fee. Registration, legal, certification, insurance, and other third-party costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Common questions

Know the boundaries before you start.

Do I need a SAM.gov registration?

You can explore whether your capabilities fit before registration is complete. To apply directly for federal awards as a prime awardee, SAM.gov says your entity needs an active registration. Registration also assigns the Unique Entity ID used in the process.

Does Automintly submit bids automatically?

No. The service organizes reviewed opportunities, requirements, evidence, and draft bid-support material. Your authorized team reviews the solicitation, approves the response, and controls submission.

Do you guarantee that we will win a contract?

No. Awards depend on the solicitation, competition, eligibility, agency evaluation, pricing, past performance, and many factors Automintly does not control.

What do I pay upfront?

There is no Contracting search or setup charge for Automintly clients. Dashboard access is separate. A success fee would apply only if legally permitted, documented in a signed agreement before bid support, and triggered by the qualifying award defined in that agreement.

Tell us what you sell, where you operate, and what your company can document. The builder will add Contracting at $0 upfront and keep the dashboard fee separate.
