Who we are
Automintly ("we", "us") provides automation consulting and implementation services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through automintly.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Contact us about privacy through the project inquiry form.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the automation area you selected, and anything you write in the message field.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may record basic request and security data such as pages requested, approximate location, referring site, and device or browser type.
- Communications. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a health check or audit
- To deliver services you have engaged us for
- To send follow-up communications about your enquiry (you can opt out at any time)
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed. These typically include:
- Our form and email providers, to receive and reply to your enquiry
- Our analytics provider, for site usage data
- Our scheduling provider, if you book a call
- Our accounting and payment providers, if you become a client
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.
Client data during an engagement
When we build automations, we may be given access to systems containing your business's own data, including data about your customers. That access is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this policy. We access only what is needed to deliver the work, we do not use it for any other purpose, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement or on your request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for [24 months] and then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as required by our contractual, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, or opt out of marketing communications.
To exercise any of these rights, use the project inquiry form and state that your request concerns privacy. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Cookies and tracking
We use only what is necessary to run the site and understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Third-party links
Our site links to other sites, including FlowMotic. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
