Do you need my website password?
No. The initial service checks only the public pages listed in the approved scope.
Will this prove that customers can complete a purchase or booking?
No. The initial service does not submit forms, place orders, or create appointments. It checks the agreed public path and destination only.
How does cancellation work?
You may cancel before the next monthly invoice. Monitoring continues through the already paid service period. The final terms are included with the written scope.
What if the website path changes?
Monitoring may pause while the new public destination is confirmed. Work outside the original scope is quoted separately and never added automatically.
